All orders are shipped UPS ground or USPS Priority unless otherwise specified by purchaser, although additional charges may apply.
All orders are processed Monday thru Friday within 24 hours of receiving the orders. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or holidays will be shipped on the following business day.
Orders placed using USPS Priority Mail are usually received within 3 business days.
USPS Priority Mail orders may be tracked by calling 1-800-ASK-USPS or by logging on to http://www.usps.com/.
At this time, we do not ship outside the Domestic United States or to Military Addresses (APO and FPO). This policy may change in the future.
All available items will be shipped at once. Items on backorder will be shipped as soon as they are available. Your credit card will not be charged for backordered items until they are shipped.
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase and must include the original receipt/packing slip and in the original packaging with any free gifts or promotions included.
The sender must pay all shipping charges.
Unopened merchandise with all original packaging may be exchanged or returned for a full refund to your credit card.
Opened product will receive a Robert Scott merchandise credit or may be exchanged for another product.
Product damaged in shipping will be exchanged immediately or a full refund will be issued as soon as the damaged product is received back at Robert Scott. You will be reimbursed for shipping charges.
Gifts returned will receive a Robert Scott merchandise credit or may be exchanged for other merchandise. Refunds will only be issued to the original purchaser with receipt and in original packaging.
All credit card refunds will be issued to the original card used to make the purchase.
